Description

The Peer Learning Program is an initiative from CalNonprofits designed to foster informal, peer-driven conversations on key issues affecting the nonprofit sector. This program supplements our existing Educational Programming by providing a space for members to come together every other month to network, share experiences, and develop practical solutions to common challenges. 

Join us for the next session in CalNonprofits’ Peer Learning Program, an informal space designed to unite member organizations in open, experience-driven discussion. This gathering brings together nonprofit professionals to share real-world insights, best practices, and fresh perspectives around fundraising and development—a critical area for organizational sustainability and growth. Unlike structured educational programming, this Peer Learning session emphasizes organic, peer-led conversations. 

Attendees will have the opportunity to: 

  • Connect and network with fellow nonprofit leaders 
  • Share successful fundraising strategies, challenges, and lessons learned 
  • Explore innovative approaches to donor engagement, campaign design, and revenue diversification 
  • Work together to develop actionable solutions to common fundraising obstacles

This collaborative session is guided by shared curiosity and mutual support, offering a unique chance to strengthen your fundraising efforts through collective knowledge. Whether you're refining your development strategy or navigating donor relations, this conversation will provide valuable insights and real-world takeaways.
