Caregiver OneCall is a nonprofit organization providing free, 24/7 support for family caregivers navigating the emotional, practical, and often overwhelming realities of caregiving.
The organization helps caregivers find resources, understand care options, manage urgent concerns, and connect with community-based support. Caregiver OneCall serves people caring for older adults, individuals with dementia, people with disabilities, those living with chronic or serious illness, and others providing unpaid care to someone they love.
Through caregiver navigation, education, crisis mitigation, workshops, respite support, and community partnerships, Caregiver OneCall works to make help easier to find and easier to use.
At its core is a simple belief: no caregiver should ever feel alone at 2 AM.

Organization Description : Caregiver OneCall is an Antioch-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit providing free, 24/7 support to family caregivers across California and nationwide. Our multilingual support line helps mitigate caregiver crises through immediate emotional support, de-escalation, practical guidance, and connection to trusted resources. We also provide respite assistance, caregiver education, workshops, resource navigation, and peer support for people caring for older adults, individuals with disabilities, children with complex needs, and loved ones living with chronic illness or dementia. Our work is grounded in a simple belief: no caregiver should ever feel alone at 2 a.m.
