Organization Description : The Saini Ledger is a boutique, California-only accounting practice in Fairfield, focused on nonprofit bookkeeping, tax, and compliance. We keep 501(c)(3) organizations in good standing across all four agencies — the IRS (Form 990), the Franchise Tax Board (Form 199), the Attorney General (RRF-1 with CT-TR-1), and the Secretary of State (SI-100) — and handle fund accounting, board-ready reports, audit preparation, and QuickBooks Online setup and cleanup. Every engagement is handled in-house and personally reviewed by founder Avneet Saini, a CTEC-Registered Tax Preparer (CRTP) and QuickBooks Online Certified ProAdvisor. We work in English, Punjabi, Hindi, and Urdu. Each year, we give one California nonprofit six months of free bookkeeping — sarbat da bhala, the welfare of all.
